Using Direct Flame or Hot Melt lamination, we bond textiles with technical foams like PU, EVA, or XLPE (Crosslinked). The result is a high-visibility, bubble-free, functional multilayer structure engineered for rigorous industrial environments.
This method is ideal for manufacturing waterproof linings, impact-resistant protectors, technical packaging, and automotive upholstery. We process master rolls or sheets up to 2.20 m in width, offering customizable grammage and adhesion levels to meet specific mechanical requirements.
Furthermore, Dreibal enhances these structures with additional processes such as thermal bonding and multilayer lamination for high-durability applications. Our use of solvent-free hot melt adhesives ensures a high-strength bond while maintaining a sustainable manufacturing footprint.
