In the apparel and hospitality industries, Dreibal applies technical foams, textiles and lamination or forming processes to reinforce structure, comfort or design in garments and accessories. Within these lines, we develop:
- Polyurethane (PU) foam sheets: flexible foam that provides structure, padding or reinforcement.
- Bonding: lamination of PU foam with specialized textiles according to the requirements of each industry, such as terry-cloth textiles for slippers and bathrobes, soft and lycra-type textiles for corsetry, and textiles of different materials and textures for decorative products, among others.
- Thermal adhesive coating for textiles: waterproofing of textiles for mattress protectors or waterproof apparel.
- Foam thermoforming: molding of foam into shapes that add volume, support or detail in technical garments, corsetry or three-dimensional costume elements.
- Cutting and conversion / CAD/CAM cutting: die-cutting, sizing and bonding of custom foam mats.
